Alex Muzichuk received his Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary (www.agts.edu). He is licensed with the state of Missouri as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and also pursuing additional Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) License. Currently, Alex is contracted as an Intensive Marriage Counselor at the Focus on the Family National Institute of Marriage (www.nationalmarriage.com) and has a private practice at CC Counseling Services in Nixa, MO (www.cccounselors.com). He loves people and is passionate about their healing and transformation.
As an ordained minister, Alex brings years of ministry experience and awareness of the ministry dynamics that influence family life. He sets aside a few weekends a year to be a featured speaker at retreats, churches and conferences as time permits.
Alex loves to excel and has a strong drive to succeed in counseling with professional, efficient, and practical service. He believes that his combination of higher education and ministry experience will give him an advantage to deliver the best service in the field of professional counseling.
Alex was born in Eastern Europe and moved to United States when he was a teenager. He speaks Russian, Ukrainian, and English. Alex’s heritage brings a new perspective to family life in American Culture. Alex and his wife, Natalie, have been married for ten years and have four children.
